The Hilton is the host hotel for the wedding. The wedding venue is next door to the Hilton in Ocean Walk Village (on the right) and can be accessed via a connecting walkway.

CHECK-IN TIME/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11 am. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm, will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure. ROOM BLOCK RELEASE: Guests need to make reservations and secure their room with a credit card as early as possible. The agreed to rate is available up until Wednesday, June 11, 2025, or the hotel reaches 90% occupancy. After the cutoff date or the hotel reaches 90% occupancy, normal prevailing rates per room category will apply.
